Located on the 1st floor and facing south-west, it accomodates up to 4 people and comprises an air-conditionned living room with a double sofa bed, a semi-open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a shower room and a separate toilet, all on a surface area of 45 m2. A private terrace with garden furniture completes this apartment.
Apartment n°2
Located on the 1st floor and facing south, this apartment accomodates up to 4 people and comprises an air conditionned living room with a double sofa bed (140×190), an open kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed (140×190), a shower room and a separate toilet, all on a surface area of 33 m2. A private terrace with garden furniture completes this apartment.
Apartement n°3
Located on garden level and facing south-west, it accomodates up to 3 and comprises a living room with a 1-seater sofa bed, a separate kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a shower room and a separate toilet, all on a surface area of 38 m2. A private terrace with garden furniture completes this apartment.

Pricing depends on the period and duration chosen (add the tourist tax : 1,65 € / adult / night)

Further information
– Prices subject to change without notice (contractual rates are those shown in the contract)
– Charges (electricity, heating, water) are included (except electricity out of season, on meter reading)
– Duvet(s), pillows and towels are provided for the number of occupants.
– Stays are from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
– Reservations are not final until we have received the deposit (25% excluding optional services) and the completed and signed contract. The balance is payable on the day of arrival.
– Payment methods accepted: cheque, cash, bank transfer, credit card (on site).
– Cancellation conditions: 30 days or more before arrival, the deposit is refunded to the tenant. Otherwise, the deposit remains with the lessor.

– Cleaning service: 35€/service
– Bed linen kit (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases): 15 €/person/change
– Towels kit (washcloth, towels): 8 €/person/change
– Baby kit (cot + high chair): 15 € / week (on reservation and subject to availability)
